We are thrilled to announce that we are now accepting applications for a fully-funded place on ICMP's Songwriting course this summer.
Earlier this year, we announced that we were working with ICMP and SAE Institute to fully fund 3 places for young people on a songwriting summer course. If you need a refresher, you can read more about it here.
After carefully selecting two young people from our Songwriters & Storytellers evening to send on the course, we are left with one place still to fill - and we want it to go to someone who would truly benefit from the course.
The course runs for 5 days in August this year, and covers an impressive range of topics, including:
Lyric writing
Song idea generation
Creative writing and free writing
Co-writing
Harmony and melody writing
Song development
Vocal technique
Performance skills
Marketing for the music industry
