It's never too early to start spreading the festive cheer!
After receiving some brilliant feedback from our last venture alongside the Plaza Cinema over the Summer holidays, we have agreed to purchase 50 family tickets which will be carefully distributed across Sefton! This will directly support 100 local children, along with a parent or guardian each to get into their local community cinema and enjoy a film this Christmas time.
Our aim is simple; to spread some joy to the young people of Sefton over the Christmas holidays.
The JBT Trustees will be going out into the Sefton Community and liaising with our community contacts and other local charities to distribute the tickets as they see fit. Our partners, education providers and Sefton's wider community organisations work so hard to make a real difference in people's lives. To be able to support these organisations in that venture, even just a little bit, gives us all at JBT great pleasure.
As you can read in the article regarding our previous joint venture alongside the Plaza Cinema (read article), working with Sefton's Community Cinema is a project very close to our hearts. We thank the Plaza Cinema for their continued co-operation and we hope that our close partnership continues long into the future.
